Today’s creator economy allows anyone with an internet connection to share their talents with a niche audience and make a living doing so. But even in this decentralized media landscape, the platforms that creators use to share their content have the power to arbitrarily ban users and destroy their livelihoods.

Their mission is to empower creators to scale their content, own their audiences, and make more money than they could anywhere else.

👀 The Role

They are hiring a Product Designer! You will drive the design vision for our creator economy platform, leveraging the benefits of web3 in a way that feels accessible and familiar to web2 to creators. Your designs will give creators the security and flexibility to make a living doing what they love.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Design user flows in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to help invent new products that help make creators more money. This can be anything from new tools for managers to higher converting landing pages.
• Partner with PMs and Engineers to solve product challenges. Web3 presents unique challenges and you’ll be one of the first to work on them.
• Create the company-wide design system — we’re new, and you’ll be one of the first designers on the ground.
• Get your hands dirty. We’re a startup, and sometimes that means we’ll need help in other areas.

🔎 Nice-to-Have

• Experience. Ideally you have driven a product from research to release.
• Technical Skills. We love design engineers. Knowing HTML/CSS is a huge plus.
• Web3 Experience. From minting NFTs to being part of a DAO, every little bit helps.
• Animation Skills. Animations are fun!
