About this role

As the Senior Data Engineer, you will:

• translate business requirements into data models that are easy to understand and used for deriving business metrics
• You will design, implement and maintain data pipelines that deliver data with reliable quality
• You will work closely with growth teams, finance teams, engineers and product teams to understand the data needs of the business and product systems
• You will help identify and document data requirements for the engineer team and introduce the processes and controls
• You will Ensure that the business data and the user engagement data are accurate and correct.

Need to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 4+ years of experience working in data engineering
• Familiar with data warehouse (Snowflake) and database (MySQL)
• Experience with streaming and big data platforms (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop and Hive), workflow systems (Airflow)
• Familiar with Python and Java
• Familiar with AWS
• You have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with technical and business partners

Salary Range

• $170,000-$220,000 + 10% annual bonus
