About this role

Do you enjoy building products that people love to use everyday? Our client is looking for a seasoned product designer to design and create intuitive, compelling experiences. Their core product is gaining rapid adoption, and they believe this role can help improve the way people and teams communicate. The right person thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile start-up environment and will enjoy the freedom to explore and develop product experiences that change the way we communicate.

Need to Have

• 7+ years of product design experience, with 2 years in a senior role
• Incredible portfolio that shows your strengths in both UX and visual design chops
• Deep knowledge of user testing and iteration throughout the design process
• Fluent in Figma (incl. rapid prototypes)
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• iOS, Android, Web platforms, extensions, and integration experience
• FE experience, for close partnership with engineering and platform team
• Collaborate with marketing and product team to ensure consistent tone of voice / look and feel throughout the product and marketing efforts
• Bonus point for interaction design tools (After Effects, Principle, Framer)
• Ideas to improve our design processes, prototyping new approaches to the work
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline from a top design school

Salary Range

• $150,000-$175,000 + 10% annual bonus
